Horrible experience! At 11 pounds for a vegetarian breakfast bowl and a small hot chocolate, you'd expect good quality food and service. However, some items were missing from my bowl, what was given was below average grub, and my hot chocolate was only half full. To top it all off, staff were stand off-ish. Totally not worth it!!
Understaffed on a busy morning. We wanted a gluten free breakfast and were told we had to have a breakfast with the gluten options taken out ( fair enough ) but then was charged extra for the none gluten options which replaced them
For a bottle of water, small Mocha and two kebabs (which contained two bites of meat and some lettuce each) - 20! Rip off.
Very poor portion as other reviewers have said the kebab is mostly salad with two tea spoons of meat on top. You may get a better portion at the pub a few doors down.Waitress was rude and the shop was understaffed.
The staff members are friendly, but the rest is poor. The pitta is stuffed with iceberg lettuce and red cabbage and the actual filling requested is only put on the top and is a tiny amount. 7 pounds for am iceberg and cabbage cold bread isn't exactly value for money. Unfortunately there is a lot of choice at the airport when it comes to 'healthier' options or as sandwiches so this at least serves something a little green...
