Came back to find scratches on the car door, reported it but company in denial and no comeback. Would never use this facility again.
Totally pleased with the service they provided recently.
Always use them when flying from Newcastle. A seamless service every time, and considering we usually get in around midnight, hats off to them!
Always use this parking facility, they drop you straight off at the airport and we have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be picked up and taken back to our car
Used to be fantastic (used them for years) until recently taken over by large business. Now just another "don't give a damn" parking company. Final straw was last trip when lots of people waiting for the minibus, utter chaos, dreadful and unhelpful driver, 35 mins to get back to car. It had been left in the only completely unlit area just back from the entrance, had to use key fob to find it. Higher prices now mean it just isnt worth the hassle. Great shame.
