Nice modern hotel within short walking distance of the airport. Rooms very nicely decorated and remarkably quiet considering how close the hotel is to the airport. Breakfast is decent as are the meals in Fratelos Italian restaurant.
They welcome you very well actually... And the approach is very nice. In the restaurant the staff was helpful in meal selection. Great experience overall. Thanks Hilton !!!
Clean and ideally situated. Bar staff and reception staff could be a bit happier but cant fault the hotel
Have stayed here numerous times love the airport being literally across the road. Great if you have an early flight. Always accommodating.
Really good DoubleTree hotel, I enjoyed my short stay. Only one thing I wasn't impressed with mentioned below.It is exceptionally close to Newcastle Airport, infact literally walking distance.Nice tidy rooms albeit compactAll the reception staff were friendly and approachable.I did mention to a member of restaurant staff, that the watermelon had gone off and let the chef know, she made a remark and just ignored the situation, so it was left out. I am pretty sure she did not tell the chef.
